This notice is issued by Prevent & Cover Sdn Bhd (Company Registration No. 202601014414 (167512-T)) ("Prevent & Cover", "we") in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with • Service providers who operate this website and our communication tools, acting on our instructions • Licensed insurance partners, when you ask us to seek cover or quotations on your behalf • Regulators or authorities where disclosure is required by law

Data may be stored on secure cloud infrastructure located inside or outside Malaysia.

Security and retention We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, and keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Your rights Under the PDPA you may request access to or correction of your personal data, withdraw consent, or limit how we process it. Write to bizinsurance@pnc.asia. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Cookies This website does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Visits are counted only in anonymous, aggregated form. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated abuse, which may set strictly necessary cookies for that purpose.

Changes We may update this notice from time to time; the latest version, with its effective date, will always be published on this page.
